This is a beautiful video of a cactus garden at Stanford University in California. No stretches of gravel or decomposed granite here. This is a real GARDEN, with a lushness that many people don't think you can have in a cactus garden. I could hang out here for hours. Nice music too.

I'm an animal lover and a small town girl that doesn't want to be too far from a big city with the variety of shopping, activities, and restaurants that comes with it. I just don't want to be surrounded by all those idiots all the time. For some reason, it seems to be human nature to get dumber as we congregate. So I'll stay out here where I'm smarter. As you might imagine that means I also like to camp and hike and all the rest of that outdoorsy stuff. Just don't ask me to fish or golf. Waste of time IMHO.
